Lilburn Christian Church's Search Committee is prayerfully seeking a Senior Minister who is gifted in preaching, pastoral care, and leadership. Our process is designed to give both the applicant and the committee the information needed to discern God's direction.

Create Your Account
Register below with your name, email, and a secure password. Your account grants you access to all research pages — demographics, traffic, community information, the welcome video from our Youth Pastor, and the full position description. -
Review the Materials
Take time to explore the research pages available in your applicant portal. We want you to know exactly what kind of community and opportunity awaits. -
Upload Your Documents
From your personal dashboard, upload:- A completed Application (PDF or Word)
- Your current Resume / Curriculum Vitae
- Up to three References (letters or contact sheets)

Initial Phone Contact
The Search Committee will reach out by phone to introduce themselves and ask preliminary questions. We aim to contact every applicant within two weeks of receiving their materials. -
Formal Interview
Qualified candidates will be invited for a formal in-person or video interview with the committee. Interview scheduling is handled through your applicant portal. -
Candidacy
Finalists may be invited to preach to the congregation and meet with church leadership before a formal recommendation is made.
What We Are Looking For
- A man of God with a clear sense of calling to pastoral ministry.
- Faithful, expository preaching grounded in Scripture.
- A shepherd's heart for the congregation and the surrounding community.
- Experience in or openness to cross-cultural ministry (Lilburn is a highly diverse city).
- Commitment to equipping the laity for ministry and mission.
- Alignment with our non-denominational Evangelical statement of faith.
